About this example
The Control column ends with an NA marker; it is excluded and counted rather than converted to zero. The Treatment column contains six accepted observations, so the groups legitimately have unequal sample sizes.
Negative measurements remain in the distributions. Confirm that each selected column contains individual observations before export; precomputed means or quartile summaries are not valid input for this editor.
The data
| Control | Treatment |
|---|---|
| -2 | -1 |
| -1 | 0 |
| 0 | 1 |
| 1 | 2 |
| 2 | 4 |
| NA | 7 |
Columns contain individual observations. Type-7 quartiles and observed 1.5-IQR whiskers do not constitute a significance test. Open the example, replace the data with your own, and export the figure as SVG, PDF, PNG or TIFF.
