About this example
The R datasets::PlantGrowth example records dried plant weights under a control and two treatment conditions, with ten observations in each group. Showing all thirty measurements lets readers see the group sizes and spread alongside the group means.
This preview uses Dot with mean ± SD. SD describes variation among observations; it is not a confidence interval or a significance test. In the editor you can switch to mean bars or type-7 boxes while keeping the same accepted measurements. The data alone does not establish a treatment-effect claim here.
The preview uses fresh figure defaults. Opening an example in an existing editor keeps your chosen size, style and plot mode; use Undo to recover the work it replaces.
