About this example
This illustrative table records six respondents across five groups. The fifth group has no members and stays visible as an empty set. One respondent belongs to no group and contributes an all-zero membership pattern.
The default figure shows the five non-empty exact patterns. Enable Show none of these sets to include the sixth respondent as a separate None column. The union stays five and the full group sizes stay 3, 2, 2, 1 and 0 regardless of that display choice.

One unique element per row. Exact intersection counts use all membership flags; filters change only the visible columns. Open the example, replace the data with your own, and export the figure as SVG, PDF, PNG or TIFF.
