How to make a conceptual diagram
- Start from an example or add your own boxes.
- Edit the text and position of each box, then connect boxes with arrows.
- Save a project file for later changes and export the figure.
Boxes can be dragged, and the position fields provide a keyboard alternative. A diagram shows the relationships you specify; it does not validate a research theory.
Keep an editable diagram
Save a project file to keep your box text, positions, sizes, arrows and figure settings. Open it in this editor for later revisions. Choosing a starting diagram replaces your boxes, arrows and title but keeps your size and style; Undo example brings your previous diagram back.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change every box and arrow?
Yes. Edit box text and position, add or remove boxes, and choose the start and end box for each arrow.
Does the editor infer research relationships?
No. All arrows and wording are chosen by you.
Is this a PRISMA or CONSORT diagram?
No. This is a flexible diagram editor. The PRISMA and CONSORT tools provide structured reporting templates and arithmetic checks.
